If work isn’t delivered by the deadline, or a creator goes quiet on a revision for 2 days, open a dispute. The payout freezes and our team decides: refund, release, or split.
More than 7 days before the first date, the deposit is refunded. Inside 7 days, the creator keeps it. If the creator cancels, the artist gets everything back.
Yes. Hide prices on your profile and packages, or make packages unlisted and share them by link only.
No public star ratings. Artists can leave a private rating (just for us) and an optional shout-out. Your profile shows jobs done, on-time delivery, and how many artists rebooked you.
